Unique Pennock Island Waterfront Cabin - This
island property has two large cabins; a two bedroom and a three
bedroom. These cabins are located on Pennock Island directly across from downtown Ketchikan. Access to the island
is by boat only. Both cabins are on the beachfront. All of the
bedrooms in each cabin are set up with 2 extra long twin beds. These
beds can be put together to make a king. Both of the cabins also
have two sofa sleeper in the living rooms for additional guests.
Both cabins have all the comforts of home, a fully
equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone and TV with DVD. The
property is situated on three
acres of wooded beach property. The view from either cabin is of the busy Ketchikan harbor,
Tongass Narrows, Deer Mountain, and the city of Ketchikan. Guests have access to the private dock for their rental boat. No road
access - boat in only. Transportation is not included in the rate. We can assist with suggestions for transportation - a rental boat is
available for an extra charge or you can use the Ketchikan Water Taxi.
