The Heckman House is a historic home in downtown Ketchikan. It
is perched on the hillside overlooking downtown in an area called Knob Hill.
It has one of the best views of the downtown harbor, a view that
stretches for miles. You will see tug boats, float planes, ships
and barges. You will also see whales spouting in the distance
and seals playing in the bay.
This is a very convenient location only one block down to the
city center to restaurants, visitors center, art galleries,
theater, shops and the docks. Everything is within a short walking
distance. If you prefer not to rent a car this is a perfect

maximum of 6 people. It has two queen beds, one twin bed and an
optional day bed that can be set up in
the living room. Please let us know in advance if you would like
the day bed set up in the living room.
