This recently
restored duplex houses two delightfully decorated vacation
rental units. The property is situated along Ketchikan Creek on an older road, at the very edge of town, in the historic district. For our
guests who would rather not rent a car this would be an
excellent location. It is just a couple blocks away from the
museum, city park, the eagle center and the Totem Heritage
Center.
The upper unit has
two
bedrooms and a bath and a half. The lower unit is a cute
studio apartment. Both units have a private washer/dryer,
cable TV and internet. More details on each unit are listed

Upper Level - two bedroom |
The upper Level
is a 1000 sq. ft. two-bedroom
vacation rental suite. The main
floor of this unit has living room,
kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. A
circular stairway leads to a open
loft bedroom and a second bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and
there is a private washer/dryer
inside the apartment. Both of the bedrooms have
a queen-size bed. The private deck
has a gas barbecue. Amenities in this suite include; iron & ironing
board, private phone line, TV with DVD, high speed
internet, washer and dryer.
