IMPORTANT - READ THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY.
Refund Policy on Cancellations; A change of a reservation that
reduces the number of days or number of units originally reserved is
considered a cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $25 or 3%
service charge (whichever is higher) for cancellations made before the
cancellation deadline. Cancellation deadlines vary depending on length
of stay. Please notify us immediately if you have to cancel. After the
cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS are given unless we can rebook the
cancelled days.
Stays up to 20 days require a 30 day notice of
cancellation. After 30 days from the arrival date NO REFUNDS
will be issued.
Stays of 21 days or more require a 60 day notice of
cancellation. After 60 days from the arrival date NO REFUNDS
will be issued.
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.
For stays up to 20 days the reservation balance
must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. For
stays of more than 21 days the reservation must
be paid in full 60 days before the arrival date.
If other arrangements for payment have not be
made the balance due will be automatically
charged to the credit card used for the initial
deposit.
We
highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Coverage includes;
trip cancellation & interruption benefits, medical & medical evacuation
benefits, baggage delay, and 24-hr emergency travel assistance. You can
purchase insurance when you make your initial deposit. Ask your ATA
agent about this low cost insurance!
