#594 BJ’s Vacation Rental This is one of our best deals if you are looking to stretch your budget! This property is a duplex. The two bedroom vacation rental is built along-side the main house on the back side of the property. Joanna & Bill, who are wonderful hosts, live in the main house and are available to share their knowledge of the area. The apartment is approximately 900 sq ft with a large kitchen, separate dining room, and separate laundry room. There is a private deck with a charcoal grill and deck chairs. Large Cedar and Hemlock Trees surrounding the property as well as many shrubs and plants.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the nature trail that winds through the property. The natural landscaping of the property and Joanna’s creative touch has made the property a small haven for many different types of small birds. We have many return guests who are avid bird watchers that love the different types of rare birds they have encountered here. The location of this rental is one of the best features. It is only 3 miles from downtown. It is about 1/4 mile to walk to a bus stop or to the walking/bike trail that leads to town. It is about 1/2 mile to a wonderful public beach, Rotary Beach. It is about 1/2 mile to a convenience store and only 5 miles to Herring Cove.
