#640 The Kings View is a hillside retreat with an ocean view. This studio guest house is located about 7 miles south of downtown Ketchikan in a quiet country neighborhood. The guest house is separate from the main house on the upper floor above the garage. The host family lives and the main house. The guest house has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. This is a family friendly rental and children stay free!
Although it is one open design unit, it is very spacious and has a king size bed, queen size bed and a private room with a twin bed. It also has a living room area with sofa, recliner and TV. There is a large deck with an amazing mountain and ocean view as well as a barbecue. There is a large grassy yard for children to run and play. Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional $25 per day fee.
