The Two Bedroom is a roomy 750 sq ft lower level apartment suite. Both of the bedrooms have a king bed (that can be made up as 2 twin beds), a full kitchen and living room.  It has a large private deck and a wonderful view.

Enjoy your time in Alaska’s natural setting and viewing the scenic waterway with an unobstructive view of eagles perching in the trees along the shoreline, enjoy humpback and orca whales within feet of shore, watch deer grazing and an occasional bear passing through. Great salmon fishing close to shore.  There is a treelined path to the beach and viewing platform at waters edge. There is also a fire pit where you can build a fire and roast hot dogs.

The property is about 7 miles from downtown and close walking distance to Herring Cove, Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary and the Zipline, and the hatchery. There are also hiking trails and great shoreline fishing within walking distance. All of the comforts of home are here in this peaceful country setting. Your hosts live in private quarters upstairs above the Ocean View Suite and are available if you have questions.

The Tree House Loft is a completely equipped 500 sq ft studio, guest house that was built above the garage to utilize the beautiful ocean view. It has a kitchenette with a stove top, but no oven. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is shower only. Amenities in this suite include; a private deck wireless internet, and Cable TV.
