The Tree House Loft has a large open space with a kitchenette, living room and bedroom with a queen bed. It has a large private deck and a wonderful view. The loft is a completely equipped 500 sq ft studio, guest house that was built above the garage to utilize the beautiful ocean view. It has a kitchenette with a stove top, but no oven. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is shower only. Amenities in this suite include; a private deck wireless internet, and TV.
There is a tree lined path down to the secluded beach where you can try your luck at fishing. There is also a fire pit where you can build a fire and roast hot dogs. The property is about 7 miles from downtown and close walking distance to Herring Cove, Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary and the Zipline, and the hatchery. There are also hiking trails and great shoreline fishing within walking distance. All of the comforts of home are here in this peaceful country setting. Your hosts live in private quarters upstairs above the two bedroom Ocean View Suite and are available if you have questions.

The Two Bedroom Suite is a completely equipped 750 sq. ft. two-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a king bed that can be made up as two extra-long twin beds. The bathroom is shower only. This unit has large windows that wrap around the living room & dining room area so you can take in the beautiful water view. Amenities in this suite include; a private deck with barbecue, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, Wireless Internet, and TV.
