#598 Three Ravens The delightful cottage was built in the early 1930s. The guest suite was thoughtfully redesigned and completely renovated a few years ago, transforming it into a very charming, hideaway retreat. Old and new were blended beautifully, creating a trendy and cozy, living space with modern kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The cottage suite is located in a quiet neighborhood along the hillside in Ketchikan’s Westend, less than a mile walk to the hospital and ½ mile walk to the heart of downtown. There is a city bus stop located only 2 blocks away and the large Safeway grocery store is 3 blocks away. For a nice hike, it is close to the Rainbird Trail which has a beautiful bird’s eye view of the whole town and city harbor.
The kitchen is completely equipped with pots, pans, coffeemaker, microwave and everything to make a stay comfortable and homey. There is wireless internet throughout the guest suite. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the window in the bedroom overlooks a pretty garden area. In the bathroom, there is a tub and shower combination. Guests have a private washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and small storage area. Fishing poles are available for guests who would like to walk down to the docks and do some shoreline or dockside fishing. The owners live on the upper floor of the cottage and are available to assist guests.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Three Ravens for three months and we LOVED it. The owners are very kind and welcoming and helpful if you have any questions. The home is clean and cozy. It gets good light during the day, and there’s a beautiful view of the mountains from both windows in the living room. Location is also excellent: about a 20-minute walk from the touristy downtown area, within walking distance from Safeway grocery store, and even near a trail! Highly, highly recommend.
Bridget, Thank you for the nice review. We would love to host you again. You were 5 star guests!
