#616-2 Eagle’s Perch – Unit #2 This short-term rental has a classy, modern style. It is conveniently located in the popular Water Street area only a short walk to the center of downtown yet back away from the commotion of downtown. This area has the largest population of eagles for downtown because of the close proximity of the arriving fishing boats. The eagles will wait patiently on a tree branch for an opportunity to swoop down on a fish. It has provided the guests with hours of entertainment and photo opportunities as the watch the activity. All of the rooms of this unit face the water side with beautiful views of the mountains, ocean and the busy city harbor. Float planes and ships come and go all through the day. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower. This unit was recently renovated and feels modern and new. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a private washer and dryer.

Very lovely place to stay. Saw some bears, did some fishing and just enjoyed being in Ketchikan. Would recommend anytime.

An ideal Alaskan getaway. It sits right above the water where bald eagles soar above, and evergreen is all around. The location is also ideal for its proximity to town. We had a wonderful two-week stay. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and the furnished apartment is outfitted with all amenities including all cookware, towels, laundry (washer/dryer), high-speed WiFi (which allowed us to work remotely), TV, couch, furniture, and binoculars! The hospitality exceeded our expectations in every way!

Traveling nurses that had a great stay here for three months. Amazing to be near town in a peaceful, beautiful setting with almost daily bald eagle sightings. Not to mention great salmon fishing literally right across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great memories!
