#616 Eagle’s Perch This vacation rental has a classy, modern style. It is conveniently located in the popular Water Street area only a short walk to the center of downtown yet back away from the commotion of downtown. This area has the largest population of eagles for downtown because of the close proximity of the arriving fishing boats. The eagles will wait patiently on a tree branch for an opportunity to swoop down on a fish. It has provided the guests with hours of entertainment and photo opportunities as the watch the activity.
From the windows in the living room and the kitchen window you can see the busy city harbor. Float planes and ships come and go all through the day. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There is also a den with a desk and a futon sofa that folds out to a double bed that would work well for a child.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The bed was super comfortable. I would stay again.
Loved my stay. Very clean. Close to the hospital. Nice view. Traveled for work.
Thank you for the review. I hope you give us a call on your next visit.
We stayed there last year. Owners are delightful. I appreciated that owner left some non-perishible items in case you got in late and couldn’t get to a store. Books to read on a relaxing day. Travel literature for the area and beyond was nice to have on my first visit to Ketchikan. Bed was beyond comfortable. Eagles greeted us every morning. Amazing views of Cruise ships, charter flights, and yet, it is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Definitely a place to book over and over again.
Thank you Leona. We hope to see you next summer!
