#643 Lich Chalet The Lich Chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 12 people in upscale comfort. The chalet is located off of North Point Higgins Road about ½ mile between Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass Resort. It is a perfect place for a large group to spread out and enjoy each other and the beauty of Ketchikan. The house is very private, surrounded by large Cedar and Hemlock trees. It has plenty of parking space for a couple cars or a boat and trailer. It has a nice deck sprinkled with colorful flower pots, complete with a gas barbecue and deck chairs.
The Lich Chalet is a two story house with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and kitchen, living room, full bath, a bedroom and den downstairs. The house has easy access with no stairs into the house and the main living area. If someone in your group had difficulty with stairs, the bedroom on the main floor would be perfect. The living room has plenty of seating and a fireplace to cozy up to on a chilly evening. The den has a full size desk and a piano. This room could double as a bedroom if set up an air bed. There are 3 full size beds, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and a good quality air bed.

It was the perfect fit for our family. It’sa lovely, comfortable home, immaculate and very well appointed. We were a party of 8, grandparents with our daughter’s family. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one would have to rate right at top!

We found the Lich Chalet to be very comfortable. Off the beaten path a bit but close to where we moored our boat for 10 days. The property is clean and well maintained. Only “complaint” would be the size of the refrigerator. With 4 people staying in the home it was just to small to keep more than a day or two supply’s. The beds were comfortable, everything worked and the host’s were easy to get hold of if we had questions. Will definitely consider staying again next time we come up.
