It is conveniently located only a 10 minute drive to downtown or 10 minutes to Knudson Cove Marina.
The apartment is on the upper floor above the garage. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/ dryer. It is well equipped for an extended stay or short job assignment for a single person or a couple. There is private parking for one car. There is extra space for another car or a boat but only with prior approval for extra parking. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. The property is not suitable for children.
The owner lives in the main house and is available to answer and questions.
