This is a perfect location for traveling hospital staff because you are only a 2 block walk to the hospital. The hospital is almost directly across the street and only 3 blocks in the other direction to a large Safeway grocery store.
It is completely furnished and equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. It has a well equipped kitchen, roomy living room, desk, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a king bed. It also has a private washer/ dryer inside the apartment. This rental would be perfect for any short-term travelers on a short job assignment. For those who do have a car, there covered private parking for one car. The harbor view is very entertaining. You can watch the boats come and go all day long. You can also see the float planes and sea life. Maximum Occupancy 2 people. Stays must be more than 30 days. HOA rules apply.
