#676-1 Cedar Ridge (Upper Unit) This is the upper unit of a large duplex property located on Alaska Avenue not far from the hospital and the ferry terminal. It is a quick drive to Bar Harbor, the airport ferry or A&P Grocery Store. This is the largest property that we offer. It is perfect for large groups coming for a family reunion. This unit has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are a total of 6 beds – 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.
The home has a well equipped modern kitchen and comfortable living room. There are 2 large master bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms. Both of the master suites have king beds and two of the bedrooms have queen beds. There is also a fifth smaller bedroom with two twin beds. Guests will enjoy using the large deck off of the living room with an outdoor table and chairs set as well as a large propane barbecue grill. There is also a smaller deck off of the master bedroom. Parking is not and issue here because there is plenty of off-street parking in the paved driveway and a pretty grassy yard out front. There are only 2 steps up to the front entry door. This is a non-smoking property. No pets can be on the property -not even for short visits.
