Water Street is a popular choice because of the harbor view and the close proximity to downtown without being too close. A city bus stop is located one block away! The heart of historic Ketchikan’s downtown district is only 1/2 mile walk from the property.
The Water View Inn has TWO separate units; Both units have the same room design and lay-out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate laundry room in each unit and each unit has an chest freezer for extra fish storage! Both units have a Smart TV for streaming movies. Both units have a nice big deck with the same beautiful harbor view. The only difference in the apartments is that the Upper Unit has one queen and two twin beds and the Lower Unit has two queen beds and one extra long twin bed. See details on the Upper Unit
These two separate units are connected by an inside lobby area. If you rent both units they can connect to make a large 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house with an interior stairway so that you can go from one to the other without going outside. It works well for large groups.

Spotless unit is conveniently located. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Could use a telescope or binoculars to better appreciate the maritime traffic and wildlife that enliven the view all day long.
we had a party of 5. Three people stayed upstairs and two of us down stairs. This is an EXCELLENT property. Great views! Spotless. Washer/dryer. Very close to main Ketchikan town area. This facility had everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen regarding plates, knives, coffee maker, etc. Two full bathrooms on lower and upper areas. Very open concept. Would stay here again!!!
