#604 Seaside Garden House A lovely seaside cottage with a beautiful garden that overlooks a small boat harbor. The cottage is cozy and quaint with all of the modern amenities. This cottage has two levels and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can drive right up to the front door of the main level. On the main level of the cottage there is the kitchen, living room, a small bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the lower level of the house there are two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There is also a family room with a fold out futon sofa and a bathroom with a tub and shower as well as a washer and dryer. There are decks on both the upper and lower levels. The upper deck has a gas barbeque. The lower deck leads out to the seaside garden. This property is completely non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in or anywhere on the property.

We went to Alaska to go fishing, we ( 4 of us ) stayed at the house for a week, it was a short dive north of town. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to do our own cooking. Also a nice view off the back deck, I would stay there again.

My nephew and his family live in Ketchikan and we have stayed in the Seaside Garden house twice now when we’ve visited. It is a very comfortable home with almost all the amenities you could ask for. We really appreciated all the little extras like spices, paper towels, shampoo, soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. The décor is charming and inspired. The view is incredible and we really enjoyed using the kayaks that are available for guests. Bob is a great host and was helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants for our group. The Seaside Garden house is our first choice when we travel to Ketchikan. ????
Amazing view, quiet property, great place to rest and get away! Well stocked kitchen, everything else you need to enjoy your stay! Owners are amazing, the home is well maintained, truly a home away from home. We would rent again!

We recommend the Seaside Garden house. It is very clean and had everything we needed. Bob was very good at making sure our trip was a success. Ketchikan is a fun place to visit. Fishing was also good. Thank you Bob and Emily
This should be everyone’s go to place. Bob goes out of his way to make sure everything is in order for comfortable stay. I will not stay anywhere else
We were greeted by Bob at our arrival and he showed us around the home and garden. The house had everything we could possibly need for the stay. The kitchen was full of cooking items to prepare a big meal. The view was beautiful and peaceful. Great week and hope to return.
