#610 Clover Pass Guest House Enjoy the privacy of this guest house surrounded by beautiful trees with an ocean view. The guest house was built above a storage garage to utilize the ocean view. This is a perfect spot for a fisherman because it is less than one mile to Knudson Cove Marina. This property also offers plenty of parking for fishermen who are towing a boat. The rental is completely equipped for stays of a week or more. It is located about 15 miles north of downtown Ketchikan. The owners live in the waterfront house below the rental and are available to assist the guests.
This rental has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest house is about 850 sq ft. Both of the bedrooms are set up with two extra long twin beds than can be made up as a king bed. The kitchen is well equipped for an extended stay. There is a laundry room in the garage below the guest house. The view from the kitchen, dining room and living room is of the beautiful trees and the waterfront. Guests can take a trail down to the beach. The guest house sits back from the ocean and looks over the main house.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The house is very spacious and has a woodsy cabin vibe, with beautiful views of clover pass. It was nice to walk down to the ocean during low tide to enjoy a massive amount of coastline and private beach area. Laundry was easy to use and directly downstairs from the bnb. This stay was our last week in KTN Alaska before we moved off the island and we absolutely enjoyed spending it at the clover pass guest house! Thank you Jane and Fred!
