#612 The Little Red House We are proud to offer this cute little tiny house. It was lovingly designed for the traveler’s comfort in mind. Every detail was well intended with convenient amenities through out. It is a small approximate 400 sq ft but very cozy and convenient. It is perfect for a couple on a vacation get-away or a perfect spot for a business traveler that prefers a more at-home accommodation especially if it requires a couple weeks or more in Ketchikan.
It is situated in a very convenient location. It is close to the docks for our guests who plan to be out fishing early in the morning or a close walk to downtown if you prefer not to rent a car. It is also less than a mile of the Plaza, the hospital or the large Safeway store. There is also a city bus stop a couple blocks away. The house has a private off-street parking slot for one car.

Rented this house as a travel nurse, it is close to the hospital and conveniently located for shopping. The house is absolutely beautiful, has all the necessities, and the home owner responds quickly if you have any questions. 10/10 would definitely rent again!
