I loved this place. It is an extremely short walk to Rotary Beach, and it was extremely quiet, peaceful and isolated. There are a few neighbors sharing the cul-de-sac they are all very nice. A waterfront paradise surrounded by greenery with flowering plants and trees out every window. Tons of natural light. I loved watching all the eagles and different birds. I would constantly hear and see hummingbirds. You can hear many beautiful birds singing in the evening. Huge living room is great for yoga with a view of the ocean and mountains at sunset. The furniture is quite comfortable, the kitchen appliances are modern and work well, and all the little household items (pots and pans, towels, etc) are quite nice. I also really enjoyed the fun style of the house. Definitely a great retreat to have in any type of weather.
