#670-1 Creek Street Suites (Riley’s Room) is located in the center of historic Creek Street about midway down the boardwalk in the heart of downtown Ketchikan. This property has 2 private rental units, Riley’s Room and Rowan’s Room, a one bedroom and a smaller studio apartment. Both suites were designed with the vacation travelers in mind. They were both outfitted with everything to make a short or extended stay very comfortable. The suites are on the upper floor of a popular little boutique called, Number 11 Creek Street. The shop is located next to the tram which is handy if you want to go up to the restaurant. This vacation rental is for the traveler that wants to be downtown where it’s happening. In the summer it can be lively and fun downtown on Creek Street. Nearly everything you would like to see would be a close walk.
Riley’s Room is a 450 sq ft one bedroom unit. This suite is well designed and very cute. It would be perfect for a single person or a couple. This property is not suitable for children. The living room has a cozy sofa and a TV. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a roomy closet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. There is a shared laundry room for guests on the lower floor of the building. There is a nice deck that faces the wooded hillside. This is a completely non-smoking property. Maximum occupancy is one couple. Not suitable for Children.
Rowan’s Room is a small studio apartment next to Riley’s Room. It would work well for 2 couples wanting to be private but stay together.

I really enjoyed my time living on historical Creek Street! This apartment is spacious and has everything one needs for a short, or even extended stay! I love the decor and it is perfect for entertaining as well! I enjoyed reading on the massive back deck while listening to the eagles chirp above! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely adorable and quiet little place to stay. So close to all the downtown activities. I really enjoyed my stay here , and would definitely book it for another stay.

This welcoming apartment on Historical Creek Street was an easy place to call home while I was on assignment in Ketchikan. The apartment had everything I needed but even if it didn’t Jennifer and Mary were right on top of things. I loved having the window open to hear the creek run at night. I am hoping to come back to Ketchikan again to work in the future and I will hopefully be able to rent this apartment again. Thank you.
